How to automatically mark duplicate emails by a word from the subject line?

Good afternoon. Need help. Letters arrive in the box. There are many words in the subject, but the surname is required. If the mail has the names Ivanov, Petrov, Sidorov, and then the letter "Ivanov" arrives, can it be automatically highlighted from the category so that I understand the presence of several letters on Ivanov in the mail?

Yes. You need to create a rule that will filter this message. Go to the rule tab, and there you create that if there is "Ivanov", then mark it, or move it to the "Folder of letters for Ivanov" folder.

Create a smart folder or smart mailbox - I don't remember exactly what it is called in outlook and you will see the necessary letters in them.
