There is also a common mistake in a typo when they started writing syy, then ss was replaced, and "s" remained Russian.
It was also such a problem. By default, OpenServer did not want to load js and css (a copy of the site on Drupal 7). The whole day was steamed with Apache configs. I scored and just changed in the OpenServer settings to Apache + nginx and everything worked without any settings.
PS: my paths for including js and css start with a slash (eg "/css/main.css"). Tried to remove these slashes did not help.
