Why is my USB device constantly connected/disconnected?

Windows 10. HP Pavilion laptop.
The system always recognizes the connection / disconnection of an internal unknown USB device. This continues regardless of updates. The device manager also shows the rhythmic connection/disconnection of the USB device.

A complete reinstall of the system did not help.

This happened at the moment when the adapter was removed during the installation of drivers for the bluetooth mouse.

Ps Later it turned out that this "unknown device" is a webcam. It is simply not recognized by the system.

Tell me, please, what could be the reason? Who has any ideas?

Do you mean the camera inside the laptop or external? Perhaps the contacts on the cable have moved away if this is an internal device
