Why is my new gaming laptop overheating?

I bought a gaming laptop acer nitro 5 AN515-52-56Z7 less than a month ago
In the browser, the CPU heats up to 70 °, and in games it heats up for 2 minutes to 90-97 °
What is the problem? And is it worth worrying?
It's just that some friends say it's normal for a gaming laptop.

This is fine.
Officially, the Intel Core i5-8300H processor has a maximum temperature of 100 degrees. But, I think, the system will not allow to exceed this value, or it will exceed slightly. Coolers and throttling will work. So don't worry.
I had a story just about a cold i5, when the cooler (albeit in a PC) began to make noise after several years of use. Too lazy to change. Without hesitation, I looked into the insides and simply inserted a rod into it so that it stalled (it was too lazy to even look for where it turns off). After that, the percent served me faithfully for several more months at a reduced frequency, until I bothered to do everything in a normal way.
