Laptops offer rather meager upgrade options. The main thing that can be done is
1. Increase the amount of RAM
2. Replace the HDD with an SSD
Less often, you can replace the video card or, say, a wifi + bluetooth adapter (it's not clear why).
For a qualitative increase in performance, it is enough to increase the RAM and be sure to replace the HDD with an SSD. In addition, you are using a rather slow disk.
But in your case, it's better to spend some money and change to a normal full-fledged subnotebook if you need speed.
