Why is my laptop cooler beeping?

Acer nitro 5 laptop. After turning on the video card cooler, it made a peculiar low-frequency sound. If I turned off the cooler, then, accordingly, the squeak disappeared. After 5 minutes, the squeak disappeared even with the cooler turned on. What could it be? And can you use a laptop? Bought a couple of months ago.

You can use.
Perhaps the low frequency sound is coming from the bearing, which stops beeping when it warms up.
