Is there such a service as manufacturing a replacement laptop case made of metal?

I have an old favorite enterprise-class laptop (which means very high reliability-durability of the electronics in it and high maintainability-disassembly compared to the consumer class) Dell E5500, which has been with me for many years and continues to suit me completely. And only envy of all-metal MacBooks (in terms of strength, lightness / compactness in general, do not care) and fears that sooner or later it will stupidly fall apart overshadow our joint happiness. Previously, the limitation of 4 Giga RAM was still somewhat depressing, but replacing the hard drive with an SSD solved the problem with slowdowns. The most unreliable part in it is the plastic case. The frame of the monitor has already cracked in three places, and while I was peeling it off in order to glue it, one of its mounts fell off and now it dangles slightly from below. Here's what I think: Isn't it possible in our age of all sorts of fancy tuning-modding, precision digital machines, 3D printers and scanners, and all this just to take and order somewhere to replace a metal case like a MacBook? Google did not help, so I appeal to the respectable public.

It seems to me that casting / printing / cutting out such a case will cost more than buying some new Dell enterprise-class)
In any case, everything will be more complicated with metal. Wouldn't it be easier to take the same used laptop but with a whole body in reserve and replace it when the time comes?

Try repairing the case using superglue and regular baking soda (information can be found online)

It's really possible - the Chinese are making little things and more complicated than a flat laptop case. But who will once, personally for you, make a 3d model for a CNC machine or a metal 3D printer? I'm afraid that modeling will be the most time-consuming and, accordingly, the most expensive article in your venture (95 percent). If you make the model yourself (say, using a 3d scanner and the inevitable further correction by hand), finding a machine to translate it into metal will be much easier.
On the other hand, a metal case will not need many internal stiffeners and thus will be much simpler. You can even simplify it to overlays on the existing body (especially in the area of the lid hinges).
And finally, do not forget about the propagation of radio waves - if the WiFi and BlueTooth antennas are regularly located inside the case, you will have to take them out of there into the screen frame.
