Why is Mandrill not sending mail?

I came across an interesting Mandrill mail distribution service on the resource ruseller.com . I did everything according to the instructions, as on ruseller, but does not send mail. What could be the reason? I entered my API key, it seems there is nothing complicated, and there is no information in the Dashboard about the letters sent by the script.
