Why is it referring to a subdomain?

There is a site with several subdomains. All of them together are managed from one modx Revo admin panel. Everything works fine except for one thing - on the main domain, elements are displayed on the main page ( pdoResources ( analogue of getResources ) ), but it creates links to the subdomain. Ie on these elements on the subdomain. How to deal with it?
