Why is it not loading from any device?

Good afternoon, please tell me why the laptop does not boot from any connected device? Tried booting from a flash drive, from a CD, from a hard drive.
All devices are fine. I checked the flash drive and hard drive on another laptop, everything works.
The laptop sees all devices but does not load.

In the BOOT tab, try to display the required type of drive in the first place.
