Is Windows 7 x64 workstation possible on X2 Intel Xeon E5-2430V2?

A license has been purchased for highly specialized software that works only on windows workstations, it does not run on server editions of windows (developer limitation). It is also impossible to run in a virtual machine. And you need performance.
So the question is:
Is it possible to run Windows 7 64 Professional on a SuperMicro mother with two Intel Xeon E5-2430V2? Will there be any pitfalls?

@Cirick

Win 7 supports up to two physical processors (the number of cores is not limited)
p.s. That's just the performance of xeon is not a fact that in your task it will be better than any of the i7 , since the latter have a much higher frequency

From the system requirements of the seven:

Windows 7 Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate allow you to use two physical processors for optimal performance on these machines. Windows 7 Starter, Home Basic, and Home Premium only recognize one physical processor.
So it should work with two processors.
