Why is it not connecting to Bitrix via FTP?

I downloaded VirtualBox > Imported a virtual small bus from the Bitrix site > Created a site > But for some reason I can’t connect to the file system of the site on Wirth. car. It seems that I do everything according to the guides, but it doesn’t work. Tried on Filezilla and WinSCP.
