How to install a network adapter so that Linux works in a virtual machine?

Previously, Linux worked and ran.

Realtek 8822CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC - this driver is available and works in the main OS - windows.
Linux does not start because of this driver, or because of the driver that is installed on the virtual machine?
