If you need information from the disk, then why everything is gone is not so important now, you need to solve the primary task.

Removed ssd plugged into another PC

In this state, download R.saver to one of the disks of that PC: https://rlab.ru/tools/rsaver.html
Unpack it and run a full scan of your SSD. Prepare enough free space in advance to save what you find.
If there are problems with the point above, then while the disk is being detected, download R.tester: https://rlab.ru/tools/rtester.html
In it, look at the SMART of the drive, do not torture with tests. If it becomes clear that the disk is very bad, then stop trying, turn it off, and contact an intelligent specialist nearby. The model is unknown, but this is not so important - as long as the SSD is not quite a brick, the chances are generally higher.
Here is a universal memo of choice: data-recovery.rf

Boot from a LiveCD Linux and try using testdisk: https://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk
It has helped me many times.
