Why is it asking to install the plugin?

Hello, please tell me: the servlet processes requests. .when preparing for a local check For some reason it asks to install a plugin. Which one is better to install

Idea just tells you that it has a plugin to make it easier to work with .bat files, perhaps syntax highlighting/tooltips, something like that. Normal informational message.
