Why is iso not loaded on a USB flash drive in balenaEtcher?

After the download is complete, it writes bootfailed
And the download goes at 1 percent per second
But when loading distributions
1. Debian netinst
2. Ubuntu server
3. Ubuntu minimal everything is OK

Probably the flash drive is dead, and small images simply do not fall on broken blocks.
PS Most flash drives are "disposable".
PPS yuzay better ventoy

I agree with mkone112 that flash drives don't last long...
But, I would write a flash in Lin with the dd utility : where X in sdX is the letter designation of your flash drive in the system ( a , b , c , d , etc.). You can find out the letter designation of your flash drive in the system using the commands in the Terminal (Ctrl + Alt + T ): or write Rufus in small software....
dd if=/путь/папка/образ.iso of=/dev/sdX
df -h
lsblk -l
