Why is http authorization not called in chrome?

It's not the first time this has happened.
For the first time I go to a resource that has http authorization, but the popup with login and password is not shown to me, but an error 401 is shown.

I open the same resource in safari - the popup is shown and I log in.

Is it possible to somehow manually call the authorization form?
