How to disable computer check by google chrome browser from malware?

Hello! I read on the Internet that chrome loads percent under 100% (I always have 60-70% of the load), they write that this is a computer check for viruses. Can I somehow disable it without changing the browser to another one? the chrome task manager does not show the download by the browser of the processor, but the "file location" in the task manager from windows refers to the folder with the browser. no extensions, only three in the screenshot5b23a5e65e862005785656.png

Most likely you have injected a virus into the chrome binary itself.
Check your system
Antimalware Service Executable refers to Windows
Antimalware Service Executable is the name of the process MsMpEng (MsMpEng.exe) used by the Windows Defender program. The service associated with this program is the Windows Defender Service.
Now there is no better engine than the one that uses chrome
Because changing the browser will not solve anything

Instead of the standard task manager, use Process Hacker or Process Explorer, it will become much clearer what kind of process it is. But in general, the chrome tab can create such a load when playing HD + video with GPU acceleration turned off / not working. And the built-in chrome "antivirus" is called the Software Reporter Tool and this is a separate application.
