Why is graphics slow on Ubuntu?

The laptop is on dual boot. Windows 10 + Ubuntu 20.04 via rEFInd. DE costs Gnome 3.26. According to the characteristics, it seems that it should not slow down. 4GB RAM, Intel N4200, graphics switch between intel hd600 and AMD radeon 540 (I'm not sure if it works at all).
Friezes appear at the most banal things, such as opening a terminal.

Poor video driver.
It is not clear whether the swab works or is proprietary. Put proprietary in any case.

So early you switched to 20.04.
Wait for her releases 20.04.1, etc...
There will be fixes along the way.
As always.
Moreover, in 20.04 only nVidia already has built-in firewood, and Intel and AMD (it's really a disaster!) There are no stable ones yet.
Better go back to 18.04 and don't worry!
