Photo cataloger on linux

Hello. Need photo cataloger for home media server on ubuntu. Something that would monitor the Inbox directory, arrange pictures from there into directories by date, look for duplicates and provide access to Windows devices.

I have nothing against Bash, but I do it myself in Python (also under Linux).
I have a similar functionality that should come out, but unfortunately it’s not working yet, so I can’t share it. When I finish the kin in Opensource.
A friend threw a link unixforum.org/index.php?showtopic=134119 can help, it's next to the topic.
