Apache does not start as soon as I prescribe the ioncube module?

Greetings.
I want to host a website on an ubuntu-server virtual machine with ioncube connected.
I downloaded the modules, put them in /usr/lib ...
But as soon as I register the connection, apach does not start.
php 7.2 module corresponding. I used to tune to older ones, now something has changed, I can’t understand anything, everything is just according to all the manuals. I checked the same thing on centos.
Suggest what could be wrong?

How about looking at the logs?
/var/log/apache2/error.log
Enable logging of all errors?
