Why is godaddy blocking swiftmailer when working with a third-party email service and how to solve this problem?

Hello.

There is a symphony project that uses swiftmailer and the sendgrid service to send out emails. On the most common hosting, the application connects to this service without any problems and letters arrive.
When transferring the project to godaddy, I got a trouble that has been taking out the brain for many days:

Connection could not be established with host smtp.sendgrid.net [Connection refused #111]
500 Internal Server Error - Swift_TransportException

I found an article about some kind of whitelabel https://sendgrid.com/docs/User_Guide/Settings/Whit... but I still don’t understand how to use it and will it take off at all?

And another question, as I understand it, godaddy blocks ports (connections) to third-party email services within the framework of security. Is there a similar hosting in terms of security, but without such pens, or do all secure hosts block access?

Thanks

It's more likely that sendgrid blocked godaddy's servers/ips, not the other way around.
It is better to ask them indicating the IP address of your server.
