Why is fixed menu shaking in CSS?

Hello everyone, there was a problem with the fixed menu, the elementary menu is written in CSS in the form of a list, it shakes a lot when scrolling the page in Microsoft Edge, everything is fine in other browsers, I can’t understand this is my cant in the code, or there may be a problem in the browser itself ?
