Why is Explorer loading the CPU?
There is a small ASUS laptop on Windows 10. So on it, Explorer loads the system at 100%. So the mouse barely moves. Already clambered all over the Internet - did not really find anything. Help me figure out what to do with it.

In general, everything is the culprit - the program for replacing the Start button. Took it down - everything is ok
