In Elastix, in the Call Center / WebRTC Agent Console section, the user is removed from the queue by entering the number **9999
"9999" - the queue number, after that the user is kicked out of Elastix and he logs out, why is this happening? Or tell me how you can remove a user from the queue so that he does not log out in the Elastix system
