Why is EC2 not pinged?

I created EC2 , assigned it a role ( AmazonS3ReadOnlyAccess ), in Security groups there are the following settings:



I'm trying to ping the Public IPv4 DNS address or Public IPv4 address , but it doesn't ping, why? Access on the 80th port is authorized.

EC2 > Instances > Security > Security groups > (Щелкнуть по имени) > Вкладка "Inbound rules" > Кнопка "Edit inbound rules" и добавить All ICMP Ip v4

The most important thing is to choose exactly " Inbound rules"
