Which backup storage with ftp/ssh access up to 100 GB to choose?

It all depends on the data, the geolocation of your servers, or what you are going to back up.
And there are actually a lot of options, from cheap VPS with different amounts of data to cloud storage, such as Amazon (Amazon Glacier), Google (Google Cloud Nearline Storage), Selectel (Selectel Storage).

I use my own server, which is screwed into the rack and is listed as a backup in the documents :)

For backups I use save-data.ru. Good speed, unlimited storage with daily billing. Oh, it's convenient.
