AWS RDS: How to see all the necessary data for a connection?
I specified the database and user when creating it,
used them for connection in the client, but a timeout.
Can someone share a screenshot, by default, the database is visible from the outside NOT to Amazon clients with credits?

By the fact that you need to check the public access box and set up a security group for the entire Internet (or just your ip)
