How to deploy a Python bot on AWS Beanstalk?

There is a repository on github, which contains a telegram bot in python.
Set up ci/cd on AWS Beanstalk using github actions.
The code reaches both the s3 bucket and ElasticBeanstalk, while a new version is deployed, but it does not start.
I think that the matter is either in the python dependencies, or AWS does not understand which of the .py files of the project it should run. And I don't understand how I can tell AWS about this.
Ps requirements.txt is in the project.
