Why is Dropbox unavailable?

Hello! The computer is connected by wire through a Wi-Fi router Asus. The provider says that there are no problems on his side. Dropbox, of course, too. However, the site is not available to me from my computer. From the phone or anything over Wi-Fi is available. The error is like this:
