How would I add an intermediate "cloud" link to resilio (former bittorrent sync)?

the situation is as follows, I like the resilio program, even if it is a free version, but I have to use it on several PCs and when one works, the second does not, therefore the files are not synchronized. I would like to add some kind of "always-on computer" here, preferably free of charge, with blackjack and .. well, you understand.
Of course, you can use the clouds separately, but their free limits are too small, and I have ~ 700 GB of files.
There is another option with a mail ru cloud where I have 1TB, but since I’m from Ukraine, we have it for 3 years in the bath :(
I don’t really want to do a home server, it seems to me too much.
Maybe someone will share ideas on how to synchronize 700 GB between 2 computers for free and without crap?
