How to backup folders on Yandex disk?

There is both personal and domain (corporate) Yandex mail. Yandex disk is connected to it. At the root there is a folder /work . How to make backup copies of it automatically, and save it on the same Yandex disk in a folder, for example, / work_backup / work_01-01-2020.zip ???
