Is there a full-fledged analogue of the Yandex Disk program?

I have been suffering with the Yandex application for Windows for a long time. My explorer is always running with admin rights (as it should be), and there is no "get link to disk" item in the context menu of files. I contacted technical support, but they explained to me that this is how everything should (not) work. Well, the latest version of the disk is a gloom, why they decided to make a copy of the explorer is a mystery.
I'm looking for a full replacement for the program from Yandex. I know that there are a lot of webdav clients, but I need one that allows you to send a file to the cloud in one click and receive a link to it.
