Does Yandex disk have WebHook on the appearance of a new file in a folder?

You need to be notified when a new file appears in the folder.
Notification type: /path/name; the size; time
Homeless option: check the contents of the folder by cron and notify if files appear.
I don’t really like this option, so the question is for you: is there such a thing?
I searched - did not find, but it feels like it should be.
