Why can't sending a file to Yandex.disk via webdav?

I'm trying to send a file to Yandex.disk with the following command:

curl --user username:password -T filename https://webdav.yandex.ru/

In response I get: You are not authorized to see this!
Has something changed on Yandex.disk? Maybe you need to register an application or something else.
Previously, as far as I remember, everything worked.

It is checked that it is not possible to connect to the disk in any way - to mount a network drive, for example.
Although the login/password is obviously correct.
What to do?
Two-factor authentication is disabled.
