There was a task to automate the publication of posts in WordPress. Briefly, the process itself:
1) a table is kept in Excel, it indicates the name of the document and a link to it (on the hard disk).
2) the document is taken and copied to Yandex.Disk, we get a public link to it.
3) a post is published in WordPress, the title is the name of the document, the text of the post is a link to the document.
What would you recommend as a tool to automate this process? Or did I invent a very complicated bicycle?

1. excel MB should be replaced with Google Spreadsheet
2. as well as storing the document in Google Drive
3. then translation into WP will be easier.
Google and WP hold the web better.
Than Yandex and Microsoft.

For example, we do not maintain Excel. We have all business processes and documents in WP. On the basis of WP, a database, a knowledge base and a business process automation system were made. Tables are rarely used.
