How to synchronize Yandex disk with hosting?

Hello. There is a task: we need dynamic data synchronization with Yandex disk.
Conditions:
1. Data changed on the disk is changed automatically on the hosting.
2. Hosting changes do not have to be synchronized with the disk.

Problems:
1. Hosting does not support WebDav
2. FTP synchronization is too slow

If anyone has any ideas how to synchronize this, I would be very grateful.

Ya.Disk has an official client for Linux .
