Why is Debian packages not updated?

If you ping the ip of the debian update servers, then everything is in order (or not?), it shows the result and does not give an error, the same with google or the provider's ip, but after I entered the addresses in the sources.list before updating the system, entered aptitude update everything, connection error and stuff like that, actually the question is how to find out. that the Internet is definitely connected in debian and if you need to enter a login and password when connecting to the Internet in win, then why is this not done in the Linux console, and if it is done, then how?

Maybe something with iptables? Closed access?
