How to get out of hostapd wifi sharing mode?

Once I decided to switch to hostapd wifi distribution mode. After I can't find available wifi networks. Wash works for me and sees the networks, but iw does not work. Here is the ifconfig info:

Stop hostapd daemon, reboot.
