Why is dbus-daemon on Ubuntu 12.04 eating 30% CPU?

Hello everyone,
after restarting the server on Ubuntu 12.04, the init and dbus-daemon processes started eating CPU up to 30%. What is this dbus-daemon in general and why can it suddenly (before the restart everything was OK) start behaving like this?

I answer myself - dbus-daemon is a symptom. We should go look at kernlog and syslog. Analysis of the logs showed a constant respawn of two processes. Disabling them solved the problem with CPU loading.
