Access to the server via home IP does not work?

There is a server at home, forwarding is configured in the router settings. Yesterday from the moment pages from the same IP to which the server is attached stopped opening. From the mobile Internet and Torah, everything works great. DNS were registered a long time ago and everything worked fine up to a certain point.

Ping the server (a site that is located on the server) is successful from any IP address. OS - Ubuntu Server, control panel - ISPmanager.

If it matters, a certain point: I added a new IP address in the ISPmanager settings for SSL connection to the authorization page. The page hung, the IP was not added and an error appeared.

What could have happened? The provider says that the problem is in the router.

Well, as an option, if you are too lazy to understand and search, then you can register 127.0.0.1 mysite.ru in hosts on the server
