How to understand what the problem is, constantly clogging the log with Apache2 errors in ubuntu?

The log from apache is constantly filled in /var/log/apache2/error.log

What are the problems and how to solve them?
And is it possible to archive the logs in the form of date.tar for the crown every 10 days and clean the file after archiving?

lower the log level to notice
c LogLevel debug to LogLevel notice
this is not a problem, this is debug information

For compressing and clearing logs - take a look at /etc/logrotate.d/apache2
