Why is CNAME addressing the wrong place?

There is 1 vds server on it 2 domains,
- domain1 ip 0.0.00.1
- domain 2 ip 0.0.00.2
from another domain I configure subdomain redirection to domain 2 by CNAME
tracking.my-ms.ru CNAME domain 2 - and domain 1 answers
What about isp settings - what I can not understand.
