Why is Clip2net's current image editing settings not saved?

Hello. I use Clip2net very often. And I'm already tired of the next nonsense (which began after reinstalling Windows). In general, after creating a screen, clip2net opens a window where you can edit the image a little. You can throw arrows, write something, etc. Well, earlier these editing settings were saved. Let's say you use a certain thickness, a certain color, a certain font, etc. Now they are reset every time you start Clip2net. What could be the problem? Or is it a small cant of the version of the program itself.
1. I tried to reinstall
2. The account was logged in. Account NOT Pro.
