Need a program to download videos (including streaming), for Windows.
For example, there is a video on page 5, you need to choose which video to download, optionally so that you can see information about the file bitrate, resolution, fps.

Depends on the protocol on which the stream is given. Given that the stream is most often protected from downloading, and everyone does it differently, there are no universal ones.
