Why is C++ installed on a PC?

Hello, tell me please, is Microsoft Visual C ++ installed on a PC with updates or by default? found among programs, arouses suspicion: it was installed on the same date along with the installation of changes to all programs and the installation of a hidden remote access program - Pulse secure (found only through the Revo utility, it was not displayed in the standard Windows tab of the Program). Is it necessary? Or does it somehow support the command line module?

1. Apparently you need to read carefully - C ++ or C ++ redistributive package is installed.
2.Since when is Pulse secure a hidden remote access program?

In which directory is pulse secure found? if in the user's appdata profile, then there is a high probability that it was installed to you without your knowledge. Yes, there are modules like vpn and it seems to be for remote access (the abundance of access / zero trust / cloud and other words in their products dazzles in the eyes)
In general, everything suspicious and incomprehensible needs to be cleaned from appdata, ideally everything, but unfortunately they are installed there and normal programs.
