Why is bluetooth not detected?
I have a Lenovo B590 laptop with a Wi-Fi+Bluetooth combo adapter. In the originally installed Windows 8, bluetooth worked, but it was disabled from the tray icon, and before reinstalling the OS to Windows 8.1, it was not enabled back. Now Wi-Fi is detected, drivers are installed and it works, and Bluetooth is not even detected by Device Manager. When I try to install drivers from the manufacturer, I get a message stating that the device was not found. How can this problem be solved?
Marking from the module: Anatel 2937-09-1869 and bcm94313hmgb. Judging by the issuance of Google - Broadcom 802.11n + Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter.

The issue was resolved quite simply - as it turned out, only Windows does not see the disabled adapter, Linux, loaded from a USB flash drive, found it and successfully turned it on, after which Windows also saw it.
