How to encode and transmit an audio stream?
There is a raspberry pi with a display. I want to put analog sound on it and on the fly transfer it via bluetooth to headphones (in the idea, the chip is wireless).
Are there ready-made software solutions and for which operating system? Dough to pay for programming is not willing, because the device will be a piece "for yourself and your neighbor."

It will not work directly, since the raspberry does not have an analog input. You need an external ADC (for example, a USB sound card with a microphone input) to get a digital stream. Then it can be sent via A2DP (for example) to a bluetooth receiver using Pulseaudio.
