Why is BIOS not resetting on Intel DG41KR?

There is an Intel DG41KR motherboard, the frequency of 1066 was manually set in the BIOS. After that, the motherboard stopped starting. The reset does not help, I pulled out the battery, pulled out the jumper, everything was according to the instructions. Without a bar of RAM, three short ones are distributed, as expected, with a bar is silent. Tried other straps, squeaks three short ones. I came across a similar problem on the Internet, but did not find a solution.
