This KIS "freaks" after updating to version (d).
There are 2 ways to solve the problem:
1. go to Settings -> Advanced -> Network, turn on "Check secure connections" and switch to "Check secure connections if Parental Control is enabled", then go to "Advanced options" and turn on "Use HTTP instead of SPDY", and click on the "Install certificate" button.
2. go to Settings -> Advanced -> Threats and exclusions -> Manage trusted programs -> (Select a browser), enable "Do not scan encrypted network traffic" -> " Change ".
